Team Information
We encourage all players to stay active this offseason. Returning players should come prepared to discuss their individual plans during end-of-season meetings with the coaching staff. Current high school players will schedule meetings after the varsity season concludes, while current middle school players may email their plans directly to Coach Simmons.
The team makes use of the Band app for various communications and coordination.

Summer Opportunities

Deep Creek Tournament
- Team heads to Deep Creek the weekend of June 20th
- If you are not on the Band application’s “Deep Creek” discussion and are headed to the tournament reach out to Coach Simmons.

- Team is heading to Virginia Tech where members of the McLean High School coaching staff will also be working the camp. Register now

Beltway Lacrosse
- Season is underway.
Beyond the games, there are many activities to enjoy, including boating, golf, and even a man-made whitewater rafting experience—making it a great weekend for both players and families. When planning, please try to form groups that match lodging capacity or choose homes near each other so one location can host group dinners and gatherings.
- Club Teams
Keep us updated on which team you have joined. Summer and fall travel lacrosse provide excellent opportunities for growth, as players benefit from increased repetitions and competing alongside peers of similar age and ability. - Summer Camps
Many of our players have benefited from attending summer camps over the years. Whether overnight or local, these camps offer valuable instruction and experience. A popular local option is the Miles Jones camp. Other camps to check out NAVY, MARYLAND, Georgetown, Towson, and CNU. Ping coach for further recommendations. - Marymount University Strength & Conditioning Sessions
- Marymount University has Strength & Conditioning Sessions that are perfect for middle school, high school and college athletes
- Sessions are typically Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am - 8:30am thoughout the summer. Register at the link above.
