McLean Wins VHSL National Guard Cup

The VHSL announces the 2025-26 National Guard Cup, presented by the Virginia Army National Guard, for year-long academic activities success. The National Guard Cup represents the best Virginia high schools have to offer in athletic and academic activities. First awarded in 1990, the National Guard Cup represents excellence. Cups are presented, one for academic activities and one for athletics in each of the VHSL’s six enrollment classifications.

McLean won the Class 6 Cup for the first time since 1999-2000.
